Excelsior Hotel - New York

It was surely a comfortable stay for our vacation. This classy hotel had particularly good views. Property's location was marvellous, next close to the great museums. And it was also close enough to Close to the subway line and shops, resturant, central park, public transport and museum.

The staff at the Bell desk is kind and friendly, and the room is exceptionally nice with a cozy bed for a comfortable sleep.

We booked double room with the bedroom, a separate seating area which was great plus a park view. It had central location close to The Beresford;))

The hotel has a tastefully decorated room with a sofa and a separate bedroom. It is in a perfect location with easy access to a museum and a college nearby.

The building is lovely and the rooms are nicely decorated and well-appointed with great view and WiFi and a sofa bed.

We had a room on the. 10 th floor opposite the Roosevelt park and the view was great. The noise level at night was still quite high due to police sirens and taxi horns, locality to the tube was great and the system works well with only 4 stops to TimesSq. Takes about ten minutes. Room was nice and roomy and the restaurants in Amsterdam and Columbus st are close and good.

The staff did you a favor just to talk to you. They need to be more customer focused and not. make you feel like they are doing you a huge favor as it is not a cheap hotel at all.

The location is fantastic, just a quick 5-minute walk from the Upper West Side, and the beds are comfortable with spacious rooms.

We booked a double room with temp control for 5 nights. the hotel had a central setting convenient to everything. - We stopped by Levain Bakery for coffee and treats, just a short stroll away from the property.

It is quiet, well-located, well-appointed, with helpful staff.

Impeccably clean property. Airy room with a balcony. Outstandingly accommodating employees from Bell desk. Magnificent, incredible location in New York City, close to bus stations, subways, parks, museums. Near Museum of Natural History.

Its location is fine because of just few steps from Central Park and American Museum of Natural History.
